Briefing for the Incoming Minister: A Prescription for Health and Equity for All Wednesday, 8 November 2017

The NZCPHM has recently published its Briefing for the Incoming Minister: A Prescription for Health and Equity for All.

The BIM prioritises and discusses the key public health issues affecting New Zealanders, and outlines the steps needed to address them.

The policy positions and recommendations in this document are all evidence-based and reflect best practice thinking by the country's foremost public health medicine experts.

The goal of the proposals in this BIM is to improve health and equity for all New Zealanders and to reduce the societal and fiscal burdens that stem from poor population health outcomes.
